St. Joe Resort Operations, LLC is d/b/a Watersound Club (the “Club”). A Watersound Club® Origins Membership is for a private club membership that permits Watersound Origins, Watersound Origins II and Watersound Origins Villas on the Green owners the use of the Village Commons, Lake Powell, and other facilities designated by the Club. Use of additional Club facilities requires purchase of a separate membership upgrade. Origins Membership and use of the Origins Facilities may be subject to application and acceptance, payment of applicable fees and dues, and membership requirements, rules and regulations and other limitations, all of which are subject to change. Consult the Origins Membership Agreement and addendums thereto, the Club plan, the Rules and Regulations and all other applicable documents.
